The Ultimate Fighting Championship, often shortened as UFC, is the most notable mixed martial arts promotion firm which organizes some of the major fighting competitions and events worldwide. Founded in November 1993 by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu pioneer Rorion Gracie, the UFC is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. The current version of the UFC logo features the company’s initials in a stylish custom-made and slightly italic upper-case typeface, in which the letter “F” is separated into two parts. The full name, “Ultimate Fighting Championship”, is mentioned underneath – also in upper-case letters.

The red color in the UFC logo symbolizes passion, determination and courage, whereas the white color depicts integrity and reliability of the championship.
