Henry Steiner

Henry Steiner (1934 ā€“ Present)

Henry Steiner is widely regarded as one of the most influential logo designers of all time. He was born in Vienna, Austria in 1934. He has created corporate identity designs for some of the world’s most prominent and successful brands, including Hyatt Regency, HSBC, IBM, Unilever, Hilton Hotels, Standard Chartered and Dow Jones. He also designed the Hong Kong banknotes for the Hong Kong Monetary Authority in 1975.

Steiner studied at the prestigious universities of Sorbonne and Yale. He established his own design firm, Steiner & Co. Branding, in Hong Kong in 1964. In his illustrious career, he pioneered the expression of identity through branding. He has won various awards and accolades worldwide.
